Program Features:

Cross-functional field assignments
On-the-job coaching and mentoring by functional experts
Opportunity to participate in internationally accredited programs for building behavioral and leadership skills
Stipend for the duration of the program

Eligibility:
Sales (Job Code: ESP4)	Technical/ Quality Assurance (Job Code: ETP4)
MBA in Sales and MArketing with 0-5 yrs experience	B.Tech/ BE (Mech., Electrical, Electronics) and BE/ B.Tech, M.Sc (Food Technology/ Food Sciences) with 0-5 yrs experience.

Candidates should also have 1) Good communication and inter-personal skills 2) Superior drive and result orientation 3) Good computer skills 4) Flexibility to travel and to relocate. On completion of this eighteen week program, the candidates will be assessed and successful candidates will be eligible to be considered for employment.
