Desired Candidate Profile :
• Non.Technical Graduates (BBM/B.Sc/B.Com/Diploma/BBA/BCA) with 1-3 years & Technical Graduates (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc) with 6 months to 1 years of call taking experience with technical help desk / ISP service desk experience.
• Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process.
• Should be willing to work in night shifts.
• Should be willing to sign a 1-2 year service agreement.
• Any Graduate/ Diploma (10+2+3) All Full Time
• Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
Job Description :
• Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process, call taking profile.
• providing Enterprise Service Desk support for issues with desktops, printers, applications etc.
• Providing Support for IT Infrastructure Client, troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN and Blackberry.
Candidate should carry following documents with them (mandatory) :
