Desired Qualification : Any Graduates, Diploma (10+2+3)
Desired Experience : 6 Months to 3 Years (Mandatory)
Mandatory Skills :
• Should have excellent Communication skill.
• Should have experience in interacting with global clients/customers.
• Should have minimum 6 month to 3 Year of experience with technical help desk(voice)- Mandatory.
• Willing to work in technical voice support inbound process.
• Should be willing to work in night shift.
• Should be willing to sign 2-year service agreement.
• Should possess 50% and above throughout academics.
• Should be a graduate(Any graduation/ Diploma(10+2+3).
Job Description :
• Willing to work in a technical Support(Voice), call taking profile.
• providing Enterprise Service Desk support for issues with desktops, printers, applications etc.
• Providing Support for IT Infrastructure Client, troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN and Blackberry.
• Basic computing skills.
• Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills is mandatory.
• Good customer service skills.

• Fresher’s are not eligible to apply.

• Candidates with no relevant experience in tech Support are not considered.
