Job Description - Voice Quality Analyst (Inbound Voice Process) :
• Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring voice calls to ensure highest level of quality and providing structured feedback to Delivery teams.
- Training the agents for improving voice calling quality in generic and process specific parameters.
- Systematic documentation.
• Skills:
- 6 Months to 1.5 Years of total experience in Voice Quality Assurance
- Deep understanding of International Inbound calling process.
- Experienced in doing quality control for inbound voice processes.
- Exposure to defining quality parameters and framework for voice process.
- Ability to establish a strong sense of purpose and high standards.
- Effective time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
Job Description (MIS Executive) :
• Experience-1 to 2 years as MIS Executive
• Excellent knowledge in Excel (H-Lookup,V Lookup,Pivot tables,Macros)
• Good communication Skills
• Willing to work in night shifts
