5.Parts
Fuel tank
Tank is long and little wider compared to the height
The tanks have plates with holes mounted on a couple of locations inside the tank to reduce the fuel sloshing

6.Fuel Pick-up
The fuel tanks have one pick-up device
It collects the fuel into the pick-up system.

7.Fuel Level Sensor
A longitudinal sensor is mostly common.
The sensors measure the fuel level
creating an electrical resistance representing the current fuel level in the tank.
Furthermore the drop in voltage over the resistance is measured.

8.Fuel Gauge
A fuel gauge is an instrument used to indicate the level of fuel contained in a tank.
the gauge consists of two parts:
The sensing unit
The indicator

10.Electronic Device
Microcontroller
A microcontroller is a computer with most of the necessary support chips onboard.
Another name for a microcontroller is therefore an ‘embedded controller’.
The program is stored in ROM and generally does not change.

14.LED
LED- Light-emitting diode
It is a semiconductor
convert electricity to light
Its application to general purpose lighting
LED lighting is also called “solid state lighting”
10 times more efficient than incandescent lights.

15.PCB
printed circuit board
It is used to mechanically support
It is electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways, tracks or signal traces etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate.
Alternatives to PCBs include wire wrap and point-to-point construction

17.Steps Involved In Formation Of Project
Firstly collection of data and making list of tools, material required (Dec.-Jan.).
Collection of material ( fuel gauge, fuel level sensor, battery, fuel tank, body, LCD, IC, resistances, connecting wires etc) (Jan.).
Now design the circuit of fuel level indicator and modified system in such a manner so that it can show remains distances. (Feb.).
18.Assemble the tools according to design, do all the connection see that all the parts are working. (Feb.).
Now working model of Modified fuel level indicator is completed see that any improvement is possible in model. (March)
Modified fuel level indicator system model is complete in first week of the month (April).

20.Plan
Firstly collect all data and information about the project and after that discuss our plan with our guide and make sure plan is feasible and practical.
Then proceed according to the plan, make the model design and complete circuit connections.
Now assembling all the parts and components so that proper model is prepared and all the connection from gauge and sensor system is connected to battery so it will charged .
21.Do
Proceed as per the plan and work with the positive approach. Work hard and try to solve every problem occurred during the project formation with full effort.
