Pedal Power Zeolite Refrigeration:
This is a real way to cool for cheap. Even ice cubes can be made, and one cool advantage of this system is that the hotter it is outside, the more cold you can generate.

3.works by creating a vacuum in a system of 2 chambers to drive a thermodynamic reaction (boiling of water) at room temperature.

The continued pedalling will ensure that the water freezes as it continues to boil.
After only about 10 min of pedaling, the valve to the vacuum pump can be shut off, and the zeolite container line opened.

4.How It Works ?
Zeolite are common absorbers based on aluminium silicates.
It will swell up to 30% its mass with water.
Zeolite absorbs the vapour produced by the boiling of the water.
In order for the liquid water to remain in equilibrium with the vapour phase, it must continue to boil.
In general, one can achieve constant temperatures of 0-6 Celsius for 1 day with only 10min of pedaling.

9.Work Done So Far
We are going through the process of testing of equipments which is to be used in the manufacturing of Pedal Powered Zeolite Refrigeration. The mechanical work of pedalling the cycle has also been done and is contend to the piston which is used for the process. We have completed the work over the piston , and now we are analysing the process of cooling. And yet we have to do a lot of testing over the equipments and machinery for the complete manufacturing of our project Pedal Powered Zeolite Refrigeration.
